Respawning a player and vehicle at the same time

Im making a flying multiplayer mission, you start the mission airborne in the plane and everything is fine

im having trouble with the respawning, Is there a way to get the pilot to respawn into the jet and to also have the jet "flying".

ive been looking around and noones tried this before,

Try:
 

plane = createVehicle ["className", getMarkerPos "markerName", [], 0, "FLY"];
player moveInDriver plane;

I used createVehicle array and moveInDriver.
