Everyone, we are extremely excited to announce the release of 0.5.3! Although COVID-19 has affected all of us in many ways, we have continued to work when able. In this update, you will finally take to the road in the up-armor equipped M1151, M1152, and M1165! For our Russian Forces, the combat engineers are now equipped with the might KrAZ 255 heavy truck and pontoon bridging equipment! There are literally thousands of fixes and other content too, please read the changelogs for more.

 

Unfortunately, we are terribly sad to announce the passing of one of the developer's close family members. For this reason, we dedicate this release in loving memory of them.

It's the same as the vanilla Arma stance adjustment keys you use as a dismounted soldier. IIRC Ctrl+W/Ctrl+S are the default keys for that

One thing, Not sure if this is new or if I've just never noticed it before, 

 

Have you changed the folder containing the bikey from "keys" to "key"? Or has it always been like that 🤔

Only just noticed it today after one of my update scripts didn't manage to pull the bikey

didnt change anything there for years so I think it was always like this.

Stupid me, for some reason I read "Add the shot finder script..." Otherwise I wouldn't have asked (or wasted 1 hour testing the vehicles, haha).

Really excited to see the pontoon bridge sections, the PMP-60. I noticed you can fold/unfold them, load/drop etc, but i can't figure out how to tie them together or anchor them while in mission. Is this possible yet?

may i ask what happend to the shtrora-1 system is it deleted ?
and how to use the laser beam-riding guidance on the T90s or is it for Ai only ?

Hi, anyone else getting an error message when opening the inventory while having the Lerca Tan rangefinder? Happens even with all other mods unloaded.

Today we are happy to announce a bundle of fixes in version 0.5.4. For instance we fixed the M1151/M1152/M1165 to appear in Zeus, as well as the KrAZ Heavy truck in certain circumstances. There are numerous other fixed so be sure to check the changelogs!

A few rhs weapons have QR codes on them such as the m16a4 and the M27 IAR, do they lead any where or is it flair? I tried using a qr scanner on the one on the m27, no dice.

issued weapons have QR codes on then to help track them. in ArmA its just part of what makes the weapons look authentic, even if the QR code could be scanned you wont get anything due to it being from a GOV database.

Since yesterday, last update, i can't open a mission with "real_names_weights" dependency missing. Have something to do with RHS? It's the only mod updated.

 

Nevermind, solved, its a problem with the Real Engine mod.

How to exactly make RHS Mi-24 use flare bursts / timed flares with a trigger? I have been looking into it almost the entire morning, but so far I haven't been able to figure it out. 

 

_veh action ["useWeapon", _veh, driver _veh, x]; 

 

Works otherwise, but fires only two flares. Same with forceWeaponFire. 

 

E: This seems like a vanilla feature so never mind. Looks like I need to learn some scripting or simply admit my defeat. 

 

E: The solution was actually incredible simple. 

 

Driver vehiclename forceWeaponFire ["CMFlareLauncher", "Burst"];
Sleep 1;

 

Repeat those as many times as you want to fire flares and change the amount of sleep to decide the interval. Then simply call the script in game.

hey have a question were the 50cal machine gun placements plus Blackhawk Mini Gun had a optic in real life or no? im just asking because their are optics in gun emplacements and mini guns in RHSUSAF that i not seen before or if they existed in the US Army
