How do the updaters work? It's doing stuff now and has made an addons folder.Do I just take those files when finished and add them into my existing RHS?

Hey Ineptaphid!

You should download the new updaters, and drag them inside the the mods folder (f.i. @RHSAFRF or @RHSUSAF), then double click on the updater.bat It works as a delta updater, hence it will only update the files that are changed in this update.

I hope it helps.  :)

BTW you'll need to create a new folder for GREF as it's new! (@RHSGREF for example).

Cheezus, Brosef, and Bloody Mary!

The changelogs are pure eye porn. Can't wait until all updaters have run through!

Guess I can scrap my "SF" AR15-unhider patch now <3

Well-I will still be using them I think-I always thought they were wonderful quality :)

Can someone tell me a little about GREF?

What sort of units are these? Middle Easterners? Africans? European?

I went to the website and read the introduction but I don't see any photos or description of the type of faction or factions.

Place each updater in its appropriate mod folder and run it there. For example the "update_rhsafrf.bat" should be located in your "@RHS_AFRF" folder.

You don't have to start from scratch, read my post above  :)

Thats great thanks a lot.I see the old one already in the folder now so I will replace them. So just put it in the @RHSUSAF folder-not into the actual addons folder?

Exactly, in the @RHSUSAF  (it will already manage itself on the rest of folders / files)  :)

I imagine it will be sometime soon-but give the updater a go.I've never done it but it is actually very simple. It's running now for me.Means you dont need to download the whole addon again.

Hey guys-regarding the grips you have added in the underbarrel slot (an awesome feature by the way) do they actually impact weapon stability or accuracy? Or is that even possible?

The Changelog looks really great, sadly i have to wait for Armaholic, i only get like 100 kb/s with the Updater.

For now, they mainly change the weapon animation, but all grips have the same weight, stability / accuracy effect, so it's mainly aesthetic. For now...

But yes, it's possible.  :)

It's an interesting idea, we'll give it some thought  :)

Unfortunately not done yet.

There was a mod on the workshop that did it-you could swap barrels and grips and launchers etc. It was removed because most of the assets were stolen. still-it seems to be possible.

So if I am only using the usaf part of the Mod I extract the downloader files to that folder and then run it on my server?

Hope so, but PW6 seems to take ages to recognize mod updates. Sometimes I get my PW6 modupdate 24h/48h after the armaholic dl
