suddenly unable to launch the game / BattleEye issue

Hello, here is what happened:

i was playing online unmodded, everything was working well for the last few hours. While sitting in the chopper on the way to the landingzone a note pops up, saying something about BE server having issues and requesting me to relaunch the game "agree" "disagree"... so i think what the hell... and agree.

while i launched the game the next time a lso some message about Battleeye issue popped up, but i ignored it. The game started anyway but when i was joining the server there was the same message again, which asked me to restart the game. this time i disagreed. screen froze. i quit the game.

now it doesnt do aything anymore. what i get is 2 windows:

first one: arma 3.exe application error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000009a)

second: arma 3 has quit in unusual manner. exit code 0xc000009a/ -1073741670. time running 1.37seconds. game was started with following parameters.

so what now?

Me and a friend had this issue too. At the time, we were playing SaMatra's Wasteland on Chernarus on UK4, suddenly that Battleye request message pops up...click agree and boom...no more arma for me.

We get exactly the same error messages.

I guess it was an update to BE for the new game update today.

It caused more problems for me, I can't even play without it crashing or hard locking up within a few minutes. I can't even post about it either because this forum wont let me make a topic.

question do you use a game launcher like Arma3Synch or any other?

had exact same problem after update, game refused to start, fixed it by simple start once Arma3 from steam launcher!

I have it too, if you are using softwares like sweetfx or reshade, battleye block some of their files like dxgi.dll, so game won't start.

battleye support said they are white listing them, if you still have issue, just send files that battleye is blocking to battleye service email support, until that, try to disable battleye from arma 3 launcher, oh I forgot to say that you can see what file is blocked by battleye in same arma 3 launcher under battleye menu.
