The new F-35 textures look great! However the landing light is still misplaced and it completely blinds the pilot at night.

It depends a lot of the airplane ,

To my knowledge mainly used armements you should try to look for information about

Air to air :

  1.  Radar : Skyflash (derived form the  AIM-7)
  2. IR : RedTop  / Firestreak (Both in limited use)  but mainly AIM-9

Air to ground :

  1. All NATO bombs
  2. Air to ground Missile AGM-12 // AS30L /AS-37 MARTEL (TV) (those two for sepecat jaguar mainly) (Maybe AGM-65 for Harrier)
  3. SEAD : AS-37 MARTEL (ARM) / ALARM // (AGM-45 Shrike only for vulcan)
  4. Anti-Ship : Sea eagle / Sea Skua

All NATO bombs

They could be carried by many aircraft in British service but the RAF and RN almost exclusively used the UK's own 1000lb and 540lb general purpose bombs made by Portsmouth Aviation etc. There were a couple of different tail kits and fuses used for both types (diagram showing the general shape of the airframe, here with the Hunting designed retarding tail cone. Dimensions of the 1000lb bomb)

UK versions of the Paveway II and Enhanced Paveway II (CPU-123/B?) were guidance kits for the domestic 1000lb bomb rather than for the the Mk80 series used by just about every other NATO member.

(Enhanced) Paveway III carried by Tornado was with a BLU-109 type warhead. I don't know that the RAF have ever employed the Mk84 version of Paveway III.

The other major freefall bomb employed by the UK was the BL755/IBL755/RBL755 cluster munition.

American CBU-87 cluster munitions were used during the 1991 Gulf War by RAF Jaguars and possibly Tornado too.

Rockets were largely SNEB 68mm with Matra Type 155 (18 round reusable) and Type 116M (19 round disposable) pods in that 1980s/1990s period. Type 155 seemed to be the predominant pod because it was reusable.

Though I understand the CRV-7 was first used in the Gulf War on Jaguar, and eventually came to supersede the SNEB on Harrier by the late 1990s or early 2000s, with LAU-5002 (6 round) and LAU-5003 (19 round) pods. LAU-5003 being the predominant one.

The Royal Navy were still using the 1960s-era 36 round No.7 rocket pod for 2-inch (50mm) "Microcell" rockets, as late as the 1980s and apparently these are what RAF Harriers also used for the duration of the Falklands War.

Dumb bombs and rocket pods could be carried on triple racks only on the Phantom and Buccaneer (a UK copy of the US TER-9 more or less). Harrier, Jaguar and Tornado used dual racks, though it was somewhat rare. Neither are still in use.

AIM-120 was also being introduced by the mid-1990s, on Sea Harrier FA.2

LeBrun is right, it depends on which aircraft you're focusing on. Also what kind of air launch munition too.

If you're generally looking for overall armaments of what Brits use in that timeframe, I'd suggest you to check out on the conflicts British have involved in those days. That with the munitions LeBrun had mentioned, becuz those are almost all the weapons what Brits usually used during that time. I'll add ADEN cannon and SNEB rocket in the list, as jet's sidearm.

About the conflicts; as of my knowledge there was this Falkland war where you have prominent air combat here and there. Mostly have to do with Brits defensive counter attack against Argentine jets(bae sea harrier vs Argentine jets; a4, mirage, dagger (mostly armed with A-G, to sink Brits assault ships, use aim-9)). In Falkland war we saw the most usage of the weapons Le mentioned, like AS12, agm-45, aim-9, etc. And there's the Gulf war, Bosnian war, and the bombing of Iraq (1989)(though Brits only run ~15% out of~600 sorties in Iraq. But we saw the legendary tornado in action!).

There's bombing of Yugoslavia too. I'd start with Google image of all these conflicts, then go to specific site for reference:)

What, are you doing tornado?;)

Google glide typing spelling- booming to bombing*

some custom maps have inverted Y axis for map coordinates. actual Y axis is start below to above in system, but map display doesn't. in that case, just use map click function.

Close, but bit more focus on mid~late 80s.

The first version of the AV-8B? Like an AV-8B Legacy? (like you did for the F-15A)

or Harrier GR3? (GR5 was already the Harrier II or AV-8B)
