Operation Trebuchet - Total conversion mod for Arma 3

Well The latest version of Halo Canon basically stated that All versions of the ODST armor is canon, Meaning Reach, Halo 2 Anniversary (Not 2 Original, Bungie stated the true versions of the 2 armor was suppose to look like 3's but the xbox original had limitations. and 343I/ Saber for Anniversary replaced them with the Insurrection Era models from Halo Wars) , 3, 3: ODST, Halo 4. This includes the Spartan variants. So they have a lot of kit to choose from.

Just my tiny opinion:

I think all ODST armors look BA and would be happy with any of them or an artistic combination of them that looks like it could be in a true halo game. But this is still very early in development and don't care that much about texture improvements or armor alterations. I'd rather let the debs work out what assets are to be included at what times.

I have no clue if this has already been mentioned or not but are there any plans to add/adjust some ODST battle armour that is camouflaged like in the games?

Got any examples, I've never heard of this before.

Pretty sure he just meant certain areas of the BA.

Really can't wait for the ODST overhaul. They already look great, but you guys are going to swap out for the Halo: Reach look right?

But I could be mistaken and he possibly means the Thigh and Forarm guards with color markings designating troopers from sgts on the Halo 3 ODSTs

(Based off the Original Black and white fatigues from the Original Halo 2 which is no longer canon armor as stated by Bungie for halo 3 and 343I for H2A

Or possibly the Class based color scheme for Halo 3: ODST which still have the Black and white Thigh and Forarms, with ONI being a bit more blueish

And in Halo New blood, The Insurrection wore Rust Color of some early generation ODST armor to match their desert environment that their base was at

I have a random request. For all of the groups that can be spawned in Zeus and things like MCC4 or ALIVE, can you increase the ammo capacity for all units? I find that on missions with the AI they tend do run out of ammo pretty fast and I have yet to be able to get to rearm at an ammo box.

Thank you for clarifying. The first one is the camouflage I was talking about because it was what the Halo: Reach ODSTs wore.

Hello. I recently installed the new OPTRE version. But, the odst helmets have no scripts, nor does the pelican. I have the userconfig placed moved into the main directory. And I have the latest version of CBA. When I launch the game and get to the main menu, I do get a pop up about something about a Magnet file missing. Can I please get help? I was really excited for magnet lifting vehicles and weapon pods with the pelican, as well as finally being able to use the ODST helmet's features.

What all are you running. The newest update works fine with CBA on our end.

I really like the detail. It really brings me back to when I played Halo 2 almost every day. Do you think you can add in a second version of the M247 that's a static emplacement, where, you can disassemble it, and there will be those two backpacks, one being the main gun, the other being the stand, and you, and a member of your squad, can equip the packs, then place them somewhere else, drop them, then use the scroll wheel to assemble the static M247?

Script Magnet\fn_Init.sqf not found.

Just an idea: will you guys be recreating some multiplayer maps and putting them into your terrain, like Forge World did with Blood Gulch?

May I ask, what happened to the Greek and British accents for the UNSC AI? Playing with them gave a nice sense of inter-nationality...I hope you bring them back for the hotfix

Are you sure? I just tested on about 100 UNSC men (including Navy and ODSTs) and they all spoke with an American accent
