ARC | Gaming is Looking for individuals who are willing to start an Arma 3 Division within its multi-gaming community. Aegis Response Command is a military structured community with active members in the Counter-strike and League of Legends games and is now looking to expand into Arma 3.

**A Little About Us:**

ARC is a newer community but has roots spanning over 10 years between 3 different clans and guilds. Leadership has 8+ years of organizing and developing clans and real life experience that brings real world models into the gaming avenue.

ARC has the resource to support the needs and desires of the community. We offer high quality hyperthreaded dedicated servers to manage all our gaming servers and professionally managed websites that bring an, all in one, immersive atmosphere that supports our growing needs.

ARC believes in structure and organization, so we provide a military ranking system within our community that supports all types of gaming. Having a ranking system helps individuals feel like they can progress within the community, promotes leadership from our members, and integrate a command structure that spans across all games, separating the segregation we can find in multi-gaming communities.

ARC has a wealth of regulations that serve to help keep leadership accountable, consistency in community wide decisions, and a resource to handling disciplinary actions (because its inevitable). These regulations are a living document similar to the US constitution. It is both a protector of freedom within the community and an organizational tool in its structuring.

ARC has a constitution, a "what we believe". This constitution is a solid, simple, and quick tool that explains the leadership's vision and strive to what we can one day become.

ARC has crafted a recruitment process for new recruits that immediately integrates them into our community. They are assigned recruiters and instructors with short courses so that they never feel disassociated with the community, or lacking information, or confused on where to get it and who to go to. This process has shown to be exciting, knowledgeable, and has kept our successful recruitment rate at 80% of all applicants.

**What we are looking for:**

Mature players who know Arma well

Players with experience in leadership

Players over 16 for enlistment, players over 18 for Officer Candidates

Are willing to take on the task of recruiting

Are interested in creating solid events for members

Is able to work within a command structure

Someone who can be in authority but also respect it

Someone who is willing to take our NCO and Officer Courses

Someone who is willing to learn and train for Arma 3
