UAV camera shake

Recommended Posts

I'm experimenting with the UAV in the editor but I ran into a problem - the UAV turret camera is shaking too much and sometimes is almost unplayable, as you can see in that video:

BTW my frame rate was around 50-55fps, so i don't think that was the problem.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm not doing something right.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

Edit-----------------------------------

Actually I figured the high speed is causing that annoying shaking and when I set the speed to "Limited" the shaking is gone.

Fixed

Set the UAV to Autonomous. Uncheck the box in the terminal.

Difficulty options -> Camera Shake Disabled seems to remove it. Likely aircraft G-force camera shake simulation is still making the camera shake with UAV.

And ticket about adding camera shake to game options like head bob and not in difficulty options: http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=21609

The limited speed solution is likely just because there's not much g-force happening at the UAV.

Are you using MCC?

I have it. I dunno how much I use it to be honest. Is the option in there somewhere?

Right. Well, assuming I have all that stuff disabled, how would I go about using said limited speed solution? I mean, i haven't seen the option for it. If I could, I'd like to.

I've no idea other than put it in the editor with a waypoint that has limited speed. That'll likely broke if you command the UAV to move anywhere with the UAV terminal.
