losing leadership after respawn

each time when respawn I loose leadership, can anyone confirm this behavior?

If you mean the Group Leadership, it is intended to be like it is.

Since if a soldier dies, he is not in the Battle anymore so he is not able to control the AI on the field anymore.

sorry but before update 1.38 ... you died and as soon you respawned you got leadership back

it looks that this old bug is back
