How do you begin adding Custom Cars?

How do you add things like if you were to make something for altis life like a hitman system, add in custom crops to harvest so on?

I am willing to learn because i am somewhat young and this stuff interests me for the future.

The best way to learn is to look at other people's work. There are plenty of tools to use to un-pack a pbo file and you can use it as a reference. That's how a lot of modders start. Make sure that if you get models from other places that it is legal to use them. Questions about the tools (and this thread in general) should go in the Arma 3 editing section.

Beyond what devilslayersbane has said, here's an old tutorial for Arma 2 (hence naming its modeling program Oxygen 2 and its "addon making" tool BinPBO, but the instructions remain broadly applicable to O2's successor Object Builder) that's mostly about the modeling aspect (speaking of which, here's more detail on the "model.cfg" aspect), but also had a bit about the configuring that actually gets said cars or guns in-game as objects in the game world and not just visual 3D models.

Finally, if you download and install the Arma 3 Tools, you can go into the Samples_F folder inside the tools' directory and check out the sample car and firearm (at last check representing an assault rifle with underbarrel grenade launcher) which can be opened up in text editors and Object Builders to learn from.

You should add customs weed plants so everyone driving those customs cars can get high.

If you are new to modding I would suggest not starting with a custom car or gun but something simple like a box. If you start on something so complex chances are your going to frustrate yourself.
