infiltrator_2k 28 Posted February 8, 2015 I was until recently one of many who's been suffering from a very poor frames per second rate - between 11-20 FPS with a decent gaming rig just wasn't cutting it. Making no change to my setup, I noticed my frame rate shoot up to as much 80+ FPS whilst averaging 40+. The only difference I noticed is I'm now unable to join my dedicated server through the internet... I can now only join my server through LAN. Any ideas? pvt. partz 198 Posted February 14, 2015 I don't know why one issue (fps) would have any bearing on the second (server connection). As to the first issue, I to was seeing fps bob up and down and I would also get stutters, especially when driving. My solution was this, Install MSI Afterburner as well as the Riva Tuner, (RT) companion. Open the RT and select "global", on the right side of the window bump up your framerate to 30, (1/2 your refresh rate if you are running a typical 60hz display) Then uncheck Vertical sync in Arma gluck
