Drongo69 117 Posted January 24, 2015 First of all, I am a decent scripter and know my way around a config, but I have no idea when it comes to textures, RVMATs and p3d files. In the Middle East Conflict mod that I work on, Chops has imported Arma 2 dishdasha uniforms for the Taliban, IS, etc. However, the uniforms often provide an overly high degree of damage resistance to bullets. The effect seems to be random. Sometimes a unit wearing the uniform dies from a single CUP AK74 round (also tested with AAF rifles). Other times they can take up to 5 close-range shots, even 2 head shots. There is not pattern I can notice between unit types and uniform types. It seems that sometimes UniformA resists 4 shots and the next time the unit wearing it dies from 1 shot. I have also tried using forceAddUniform to add it to vanilla AAF troops, but had the same problem. At most I want units with no tacvests to die from one or two shots. So my question is, what are the possible causes for this type of error? Texture names and paths? RVMAT files? Model.cfg? Something on the model itself? What are the possible factors?
