So I launched up arma after the update and there are Puzzle Icons where my mod icons

So, instead of seeing the icons for cbak tpwmods, acre2 ... etc (ie all the mods in running) there are these white puzzle pieces in their place.. and they strech across the whole screen

Thats because you run a LOT of mod folders that aren't setup "properly". Whereas before you'd see only the mod folders with a mod.cpp and a mod.paa logo, now you see them all. The order they show up seems to be dictated by load-order so chances are you have a lot of dross mods pushing the actual icons off your screen.

Apparently, somebody at BI really loves puzzle icon. And clutterness. :)

Seriously though I can hardly think of more useless change of UI.

BI have added it in 1.38 (i.e. the latest patch). It also enables you to see which DLC adds which objects in the Arsenal and Editor (and presumably allowing addon creators to do the same).
