Custom animation problems

I am trying to create some custom static animations to be used in gunner position of a static weapon i have curently made.

I have tried to use my own animation and also unbinarized arma 2 animations but both give the same result, this:

Does anyone recognise this and know how to fix it?

The problem here is that the rtm hasnt been binarized or it hasnt binarized correctly.

I had the same problem. I fixed this by Binarizing the rtm alone in a folder with only its model.cfg. In order to make this work i had to remove the anims_f folder from the A3 folder in P:\ while i was binarizing it and also remove rtm files from the list of files to copy direcltly in addon builder. If you are binarizing this as part of an addon that doesn't reference anims_f then you probably wont have to binarize the rtm seperately just follow the other steps but as my vehicle was using stock animations from that file i had to go the long way lol :p
