becubed 24 Posted January 18, 2015 I've had a bit of a look around but cannot find an answer to this. I've got A2, Op Arrowhead and Expansions sitting on my PC. I haven't converted them to Steam as there was no reason but now I want to play some MP online. What's the best way to go about it? Do I have to uninstall and then download it all again via Steam? Mirek 166 Posted January 19, 2015 (edited) Few guys in my clan had same problem when they joined the clan. This Worked: -Backup your userprofile files, savegames,usermissions, mods and Userconfigs (for mods). -Uninstal game and delete all the traces of it from your computer. (except the backuped files obviously) -use your CDkey to obtain the game trough steam (there is menu for it in one of the menus in upper left corner of the steam UI) -Download the games -Run and then close arma II -Run and then close arma II OA -Ad your backed Up files to where they belong. -Done Dont forget to run steam as admin while installing. If you want to use mods, or joining random public servers, i strongly reccomend using Play With six. If using play with six, make sure that directory paths in PWS settings/Gamesettings are correct. If you have PWS and you want to play with ACR DLC, search for ACR in PWS mod search youll find "MOD" caled ACR DLC (or something like that) with 0 size, no picture and unknown version Just add it to your modlist (collection) and dont ask, i have no idea why, but without it PWS never starts game with ACR DLC.
