I don't think the kid knows what he's saying is so funny, he must of been told to say these lines to whoever shows up. It's like telling a 5 year old to say "fuck you" to santa claus when he's on his lap, I don't think the kid knows what he just did is so damn funny.

If you watch carefully, they very rarely show the kids face while he's talking. I'd bet money that his lines are added in after, and he's saying relatively innocuous things to people, then they edit in the other stuff. Like the time he was hitting on women at a campus 'Hey..I'm 12... all over'
