ArmA 3 Stuck on loading screen

When I start to launch ArmA 3 it gets to Bohemia interactive presents then halts and does nothing else. Im running with a laptop

Specs: AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD radeon R5 Graphics 2.00GHz Installed RAM 4gb 9 3.44 GB

Help would be nice I don't want to have wasted 30 dollars on nothing.
