server update now surver wont start and gibes dx11 warning

hi there, today I updated our dedicated server to the latest version:

Type: Public

Branch: Stable

Version: 1.36.128579

since updating the server wont start, and every time I reset it u check the report it stops at "Warning Message: No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgVideoOptions/PPAA/Disabled.needsDX11'."

what is going on?? anybody know what to do about this?

No idea what happened but all of a sudden it just started working, error disappeared and server booted up, strange
