[SP] Rebel Yell!

Single player mission generator. Fight against rebel forces on Altis.

Designed to get you into the fight quickly!

  • Random mission locations , random patrol placement and waypoints .
  • Random vehicle types and numbers.
  • Radio 0-0-0 gets you Mission Control & Support options.
  • Settings available: Enemy Vehicles, Respawns, Allow Civilian deaths, Fatigue, Recoil, Respawn, AI setting, Time & Weather.

Choose Options, mission type, insertion point and then squad. After insertion , set time & weather and customize your loadout.

Mission types:

  • Destroy HVT
  • Assassinate officer
  • Apprehend Rebel leader
  • Clear area
  • Hostage rescue

Squad types:

  • Assault
  • Recon
  • Sniper
  • Anti Armor
  • Irregulars
  • Custom

Updated : Corrected problem with handledamage eh left on after max spawns.

If you have v1.0 you will be invincible after max respawns..if you have respawns enabled. Sorry!

Hi smacker909, just gave this a spin. This is good fun, nice set of parameters to choose from. Tried sniper team for assasination, had a blast. Reminds me of Armory from A2, only much better with the patrols that one must handle.

If you ever get around to it, perhaps add options as to what time of day and perhaps weather ?

Havent fully explored it yet, just wanted to say thanks for a good mission so far.

Version 1.02

- added Time & Weather setting to the VAS Ammo box so you can set for each mission. (noticed weather - setOvercast - takes a while to kick in)

- added death animation for respawns.

Hi smacker, had a few more goes today with some interesting missions.

One of them had me commandeer a civilian truck (I did shoot the driver since he would not leave the truck, pure accident of course). With me as driver, my men boarded it willingly and off we went.

When we arrived at our destination closer to the objective, I told them to get out. I then disembarked, but they shot me down at point blank range. WTF!? Came to think that they must have perceived me as OPFOR all of a sudden. Do you know what side the civilians belong to and what could make me into OPFOR ?

Is there any other way to more easily commandeer the civilian vehicles?

Hi OP,

Your rating will decrease when you kill civilians, so I think that's why they shot you :) I did increase the player's rank to the highest, so your starting rating is high, but I think I did that after the first release.. so you might want to download the latest and try again, if you haven't already.

--> I think your squad members had questions with your "accident" excuse :)

I could add a rating 'reset' after each mission, but probably wouldn't want to do that during missions.. since killing too many civs can cause mission failure anyway.

Don't know how i missed this-it's exactly what i have been looking for for ages!anyone know if it works ok with AI mods and/or ACE running in SP?

Ineptaphid,  Glad you like the mission.   It's been a while since I looked at this and I don't remember exactly what I added to allow AI difficulty setting.. but I would think that could have effect on any AI mod,  you could certainly try it and check your results. I always compiled the mission with vanilla so no mods were included.  I have never used ACE so couldn't say :)
