Where is the map_data folder?

Tried searching and did not find... but where is the map_data folder that contains all the game .paa files, etc.?

What PAAs do you specifically want? They are all in seperate PBOs...

Never heard of any map_data folder, especially one containing "all game paas"

If you are speaking about the "Data" folder present in each PBO which contains the PAAs....

By "map" what are you referring to?

Tim, I suspected that BUT when watching this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibe3kDD3Ep4) at exactly the 12:00 minute mark they show a folder with the files in it... not the compressed pbo. (this is the problem with many of the tutorials and videos out there that they don't show everything IMO or skip vital parts, like extracting a pbo file). But I digress...

In any event, how would I extract the files from a pbo? Sorry for the noob question, I do not see an extractor in Arma Tools.

Sounds like you need a proper P: drive set up:

The easiest way though is to use Mikero's Tools:

Grab Mikero's Update for easy installing but definitely grab the latest versions of DePBO, PBOProject and Arma3P (this one will set up the P: drive for you, it already needs to be mounted though). Use PBOProject to pack PBOs, DePBO is the DLL it needs to work. Also grab any other tools on that page you think may come in handy for you.

Thanks for quick reply. I do have the P Drive mounted. Through the Arma Tools (not from inside Steam but from the actual folder file on C drive). It shows mounted. Still, I will give it a shot, un-mount it and look through your information. Anything to get this to work correctly.

Hope you read this in time but don't unmount it :) Just run the Arma3P once you download it, it unpacks the necessary pbos and set up Buldozer as well I think.
