Under Kremlin's command Polish People's Republic forces role was to nuke Denmark and Benelux with atomic missiles from the territory of Poland and then storm through land, air and sea - massively... For example, In 1965 People's Army of Poland had manpower equal +-300.000 front soldiers and 650.000 of territorial defence. In 1988 Poland had the number 235.000 of active personnel. Back in the day was the second largest and most powerful force of the Warsaw Pack after the Soviet Union. You can see in this video a sample of many amphibious vehicles and airborne forces including artillery. Looks impressive but service standards can't be compared to modern day values. The best part is that the Russian media is completely quiet about the whole ordeal. I wonder where the Donbass veterans, the so-called 'fascist fighters', were that day.
