Feature request: More detailed stick mapping/tuning options

Can we get an option to change the mapping range of a stick axis? In DCS I use it to map 50% of my HOTAS throttle to 100% ingame range, and also to fine tune the cyclic. And this option is very much missing and very badly required (if you are used to DCS)

Also, what does the 1.0-3.0 drop down number mean if SHOW is clicked? On the axis panel?

And the game also needs a controls indicator that shows where the cyclic is
