This mod has been working perfectly for me for the last month.  I'm now using it in my AI CQB Movement scripts.

 

But, last night I played a SP mission with about 60 active AI plus 15 vehicles, and the movements started acting funny.  Sometimes, climbing a wall looked perfect as always.  Other times, it performed the animation at ground level and looked weird, but I still ended up on the other side of the wall.  I was running mods CBA_A3 and RHSUSAF, but I don't think they are the problem, as I have been running those all this last month.  But I was also running LAMBS Danger FSM mod.

 

I'm thinking that Enhanced Movement might have problems if there either a lot of active units, or a lot of mod processing going on (LAMBS?).  I think I will try the same scenario without LAMBS and see if Enhanced Movement still has problems.

Its confirmed.  Enhanced Movement has problems when running LAMBS Danger FSM mod.  I ran the exact same mission without LAMBS and the Enhanced Movement animations all played well for me.

I have partly solved it. It seems some servers I played on required one or more mods that caused some keybind conflicts. Any time I login there my keybinds are scrambled and EM tries to do too much at once, causing the hovering act. Annoying but manageable.

Yes, keybinds are tricky and crucial to getting EM to work. I'm not surprised that was the issue.

Do you know what other mods were causing this?

I'm afraid not, the mod list for the worst culprit was absurdly long so in retrospect it was not surprising I had issues of some kind. I usually prefer my game a little "cleaner" but finding an active survival server on Tanoa didn't leave many options. Now that server is gone too so it is no longer an issue.😛 Gonna try and find a server I like it on and stay there..

My game is very 'clean'. Enhanced Movement and Urban Rappelling. Nothing else.

mind you urban rappelling had stopped working. I should look into that.

Same! (Not so many in fact) but I remarked it doesn't work on official BI campaign (I restarted The East wind) for some reason.

So:

- some mods can conflict each others; The last loaded, the winner. Especially calling some non stackable EHs or the powerful ugly inGameUISetEventHandler (they can only be one winner).

- mission scripts also can call some commands blocking the key binding.

This mod make use of creatVehicleLocal, and i use unsafeCVL = 0 in description.ext. This means i do not allow use of createVehicleLocal on my server.

I used the mod in a fast play and don't noticed anything missing.

 

This can be a problem?

For me EM has worked perfectly for ages, but as of today the "Hands" option to sling your rifle over your sholder (to move faster) has stopped working? does nothing other than if you are holding a pistol it swaps back to the main weapon. any one else getting this? I wonder if there has been an animation name change?

Be warned there seems to have been an update I had to reset the settings now using "Enhanced Movement Rework" to set keys instead of the previous EM addons option.

Can anyone confirm if this mod is not working now. I know we just had 2.00 update but I have not use this mod in a few weeks and yesterday it would not work and today no jumping or climbing at all. Thanks avibird

Lol I just realized my key binds got deleted somehow. Reset and I am climbing like a chimpanzee again 👍
