So I've been getting these two errors frequently. No idea what it is. Is anyone able to give me some insight? I've verified my game cache, defragged - no avail.

Any assistance would be amazing.

A bit of background info

Did a full format and re-install about 2 weeks ago, Arma 3 was 1st game installed, all was well for about a week, then started to install other stuff, Arma2 and OA, Dayz SA, Insurgency all on steam then Farcry4, Adobe Photoshop, teamspeak, audacity, fraps etc. then problems started to occur with this error, have uninstalled arma 3 3 times uninstalled and re-installed graphics drivers, system restored twice, uninstalled Photoshop and a couple of other games that were installed at around same time like insurgency and error still occurs randomly, some times every 10 mins, others times (especially after I re-installed arma 3) it can be a few hours, so just when I think all is ok, it happens again. I am now at a lose. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT

Further info, DAYZ SA crashes on leaving a server every time, and I am not the only one getting that.

Alright damnit, where do you find the Report file so I can see what's causing the game to crash? It's been a while since I've had to do this.
