Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/Daesh) Discussion

Recommended Posts

If you interpret the documents mixing its contents and then present it as proof of US admission of the Salafist, then it's called false accusation.

B. Development of the current events into Proxy War: with support from Russia, China, and Iran, the Regime is controlling the areas of influence along costal territories (Tartus and Latakia) and is fiercely defending Homs, which is considered the primary transportation route in Syria. On the other hand, opposition forces are trying to control the eastern areas (Hasaka and Der Zor), adjacent to the western Iraqi provinces (Mosul and Anbar), in addition to neighboring turkish borders. Western countries, the Gulf States and Turkey are supporting these efforts. This hypothesis is most likely in accordance with the data from recent events, which will help prepare safe heaves under international sheltering, similar to what transpired in Lybia when Benghazi was chosen as the Command Center of the Temporary Government.

No! what is at stake here is a self-incriminating document. Not an accusation by whoever reads it. An admission by who authored it!

Seriously, read the document as a whole and not twist different points in a way you feel is more close to your agenda.

The point 7 which is from where you quoted that last line is about hypothetical future possibilities:

7. The future assumptions of the crisis:

A. The regime will survive and have control over Syrian Territory.

*The opposition forces are defined as "Syrian Free Army" in the A section of the 8th point that you like so much.

(BBC News) Iraqi forces lack will to fight - Ashton Carter

US Defence Secretary Ashton Carter has said the rout of Iraqi forces at the city of Ramadi showed they lacked the will to fight against Islamic State.

Mr Carter told CNN's State of the Union the Iraqis "vastly outnumbered" the IS forces but chose to withdraw.

The head of Iraq's defence and security committee said the comments were "unrealistic and baseless".

The Iraqi government has now deployed Shia militias to the area to try to halt the advance of IS.

I'm afraid the regular iraqi army isn't anything anymore. It's badly commanded (most of Saddam officers are actually fighting on the other side) and has no moral whatsoever, without the help of militias on the ground and coalitions planes in the air, it does nothing.

Seriously, read the document as a whole and not twist different points in a way you feel is more close to your agenda.

It was you who suggested that i was "mixing different points"? The partial quotations i made were only in response to your assertions that these points are disparate.

The point 7 which is from where you quoted that last line is about hypothetical future possibilities:

In that text extract what is an hypothesis is the possibility of "opposition forces" gaining "control [of] the eastern areas (Hasaka and Der Zor)" not that "Western countries, the Gulf States and Turkey are supporting these efforts." Which you can note applies a present tense of the verb, hence not future conditional but an actual fact.

*The opposition forces are defined as "Syrian Free Army" in the A section of the 8th point that you like so much.

But that is one of the surprising revelations of the document: the official admission of the conflation of the "Syrian Free Army" entity as juxtaposing Salafist forces (or vice versa), as much as they share strategic goals and operations. The link between which is revealed in the text, via "[the attempt to] control the eastern areas (Hasaka and Der Zor)" (by the SFA) in 7. B. and eventually culminating in a "declared or undeclared Salafist Principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor)" by the Salafist forces in 8. B..

So much for the official narrative of supporting the "moderates" and neglecting others. You are the one attempting to ignore the obvious link. Nothing exacly new, just that now it become official.

First you put into question that the "supporting" powers along mentioned passages refer to different entities. Closer inspection showed they're not.

Now you put into question that the constituting members of the "oposition" claiming they are not the same (without me ever saying that they were). Though the document does imply they share the strategic goal of controling "the eastern areas (Hasaka and Der Zor)" and fully states this goal is being supported by "Western countries, the Gulf States and Turkey".

It is disingenuous of you to now accuse me of "twisting different points", since i haven't raised them in the first place and let the reader take is own conclusion from the begining.

after reading this document there is an interesting point:

C) If the situation unravels there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist Principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime, which is considered the strategic depth of the Shia expansion (Iraq and Iran).â€

...they did actually predict the possible danger and raise of radical Islamists in Syria and knew that it was the aim of the supporting powers of the opposition.

Who did actually raise to power in eastern Syria ? ---> IS/Islamic State ....isnt it ?

You dont know even what to say here.....radical Islamists on a strategical chess board.

Has anyone seen news reports in the main media about this yet ?

What on Earth?

I'll repeat what I told you at the beginning: You are mixing (twisting) different points in a really particular interpretation of the document to support your particular conspiracy theory of "US official admission".

If in that document there was a text that was a truly admission it wouldn't be released publicly. If that ever happens fear not that it would make the headlines of all the newspapers, Twitter and blogs, etc.

I can repeat it as many times as you want.

That was already known. In fact, IS (formerly Al Qaeda in Iraq) are nothing but a direct product of the US Invasion in 2003.

There's a lot of sources and public documents and declarations that indicate that the US knew what would happen in Iraq and the region if the Coalition abandoned the country. Heck most of the Pentagon top officials said it.

But Obama decided to take that decision. And as soon as he did, Al Qaeda in Iraq become IS, surprise!

I'll repeat what I told you at the beginning: You are mixing (twisting) different points in a really particular interpretation of the document to support your particular conspiracy theory of "US official admission".

After all your objections to the interpretation have fallen, it turns out, magically, that the interpretation is a "conspiracy theory". That is quite typical.

Of course! The censor is infalible, it's a machine no less. And i wouldn't expect much coverage either from mainstream media, as it usually happens with facts that raise serious questions to official narratives.

I can repeat it as many times as you want.

So that it becomes true, and we all get back to our "confort" zone?

"Denial is not just a river in Egipt"

That was already known. In fact, IS (formerly Al Qaeda in Iraq) are nothing but a direct product of the US Invasion in 2003.

Expecting something to happen, and actively supporting it to happen is the news here. Be my guest and twist it once again:

B. Development of the current events into Proxy War: with support from Russia, China, and Iran, the Regime is controlling the areas of influence along costal territories (Tartus and Latakia) and is fiercely defending Homs, which is considered the primary transportation route in Syria. Let this be my final input on this aspect of the document. It is up to anyone reading this to make his own mind.

Twisting a document, mixing its point in order to extract a hidden conclusion that's not even in the document to prove that there's a gov cover plot involved in certain event, is the text-book definition of conspiracy theory.

Do you at least know that secret docs of the US DoD are censored by humans not machines, right?

(Al Jazeera) US: Iraqi forces lack will to fight ISIL

US Defense Secretary Ash Carter has criticised Iraqi forces for showing no will to fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group during the fall of Ramadi, in comments dismissed as "baseless" by a senior Iraqi legislator.

Carter told CNN's State of the Union programme on Sunday that the Iraqi army failed to take on ISIL despite having a numerical advantage.

"The Iraqi forces just showed no will to fight...they vastly outnumbered the opposing force and yet they withdrew from the site," Carter said.

The comments were rejected by a senior Iraqi lawmaker, Hakim al-Zamili, who said the Pentagon chief's comments were "unrealistic and baseless".

Zamili, who heads the Iraqi parliamentary defence and security committee, said the US should bear much of the blame for Ramadi's fall for its failure to provide "good equipment, weapons and aerial support" to the soldiers.

Yeah, the interesting part here is about Syria in 2012.

Maybe I missed it, but I didnt see news report about opposition powers who actually appreciate the raise of criminal extremists in eastern Syria as a strategical part to defeat the Assad regime and weaken the Shia. The Islamic State did actually grow to power in the eastern regions of Syria.

There were already questionable actions reported by supporting powers and the relation with IS/Islamists i.e. by Turkey.

The media and politicians did report about Al Qaeda and IS in Iraq like you mentioned, I remember this.. yes.

Only Iran is confronting Islamic State, paramilitary chief says (Reuters, May 25th)

Isis: Turkey throws Kobani hero in jail - while treating islamist commander in hospital

If anyone wants a neat encapsulation of the injustice faced by the Kurdish people and the warped priorities of the Turkish government,

they need only look at the contrasting fortunes of two people.

One is a Kurdish doctor who helped push Islamic State (Isis) out of Kobani. The other is a Turkish-born militant who rose to become a senior commander of the Islamist group, helping to impose its barbaric regime on Kurdistan and northern Syria.

Esra Yakar, a 5th-grade student at the Medical School of Dicle University in Diyarbakir, went to the Kurdish province of Kobani a few months ago as a volunteer doctor to help treat Kurds wounded in the fighting with IS militants. In December 2014, she suffered heavy wounds to her head and right eye during an attack by IS.

After Yakar was finally taken to a hospital in Ankara, the prosecutors in Diyarbakir launched an investigation against her. And while still under medical treatment, she was arrested and jailed in the Sincan prison in Ankara for being a "terrorist".

'IS commanders have a right to health services'

Meanwhile, reports on social media suggest Emrah Cakan, a Turkish-born IS commander wounded in Kobani, has been getting medical treatment at the university hospital in the province of Denizli in Turkey since 28 February.

Orhan Cicek, head of the pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) of Denizli, said Cakan's relatives confirmed he has been an IS member for six months.

"The procedural acts concerning his injury were conducted by our border city during his entry to our country and they still continue. And his treatment procedures continue as a part of his right to benefit from health services just like all our other citizens have," the statement said.

That a Kurdish doctor wounded by IS in Kobani was deprived of health services, and then arrested on spurious charges, while an IS commander is safely treated in hospital, is a manifestation of the injustice of the Turkish legal and political system against Kurdish people – and yet another damning indictment of the Turkish government.

'The jihad express'

Several reports have suggested thousands of foreign fighters have made their way into Syria and Iraq via Turkey to join IS and other Islamist groups in the region, and that Turkey has implicitly acquiesced to the infiltration of arms and other supplies for these groups.

Marc Pierini, former European Union ambassador to Turkey, referred to the country's unchecked borders as "an open-door policy to jihadists in Turkey. So much so that the flight from Istanbul to Gaziantep has been called 'the jihad express'".

The security forces of Turkey - a Nato member, no less - that arrested a Kurdish doctor after she was wounded by IS militants in Kobani are somehow unable to identify and arrest Islamist militants who have used Turkey as a gateway to join IS or other militant groups in the region since the start of the civil war in Syria in 2011.

This is the despite the fact that, on 3 February, the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) allegedly sent a warning note to security forces, stating about 3,000 IS militants have entered Turkey from Iraq and Syria since January 2015 and are preparing for terrorist attacks, Taraf Daily reported.

The note added the militants have been settled in cell homes and are in preparation for armed and bomb attacks against the Ankara-based embassies and consulates of the countries that are members of the US-led coalition militarily intervening in Syria. When the attack eventually happens, they'll probably blame the Kurds for it.

I'm a strong believer that intervention is needed before they start making there way towards Europe. This would've happened long ago if we didn't make the mistake to invade Iraq earlier in the century.

ISIS is not to be destoryed untill we will be not defending our culture, our roots, our tradidion on our land,

just ISIS will spread to our street, our neighborhood, our schools, our parks, finally to our homes , the sooner western people will understand that politicall correctness is suicidal ideology the lower chance to to turn our streets into African or Middle East streets,

the more political correctness, the bigger chance that we gonna have attacks on our soil or the bigger chance for civil war in lets say 2030-2040 when Muslims will be 30% in some countries and start forcing Sharia ,

all anti-ISIS fight is pointless if we allow them act in our homeland, tollerant societies will never destroy Caliphate, cause Caliphate uses tollerance as weapon (disarming) against us,

no effort has any sense if we first do not clean our home,

spending bilions of dollars on jets, rockets, bombs against Caliphate has no sense, untill their agents can act in our lands free,

cause in 2030 their kids will make here revolution , they will start riots, they will start murders, they will be armed and start forcing Sharia in major western cities, there will be a lot of bloodbath in circa 2030 in Europe,

cause they will never give up till Sharia is state law or till they are alive,

fighting religious freaks 2000 km away has no sense, when in small Czech city they attack people who do not want to pay for them, when in Paris, London, Rome, Berlin, Oslo, Kopenhagen they attack etc.

if Islamic State Caliphate will be smashed by air strikes in 2016, it will change nothing, because angry and full of will to revenge it people will be ... will be here on our soil,

they will wait few years and start organizing it here,

our police organs try to stop people who want to flee to join Caliphate, for what ? let them go, than just send bomber after them,

they will stop them here, they will sentnce for lets say 1 year in prison, than what happens when such islamist leaves prison ?

he organizes more islamists and plans attack us here,

EU, Canada nowadays has lack of future-thinking,

long distance thinking what will be in next generation, what will be world for our kids when our kids will grow up, what will happen to our daughters when they will be 18, 20, what will happen to our sons when they will graduate in 2035,

EU doesn't think about it, while the most important should be what will be world of our kids,

fight and intervention has no sense, even keeping them here has no sense,

a lots of our citizens in Eu, Canada, US, etc. tried to join ISIS, it shows that this is a problem on our land that will just grow, it will be growing , those islamists will have 5 kids and each of them will have only religious education,

in 2030 those 5 kids will be angry brainwashed islamists attacking others, while we have 1 child or even no children at all, when our 1 child will graduate university and get good job, products will be made in China or made by robots, robots will be cleaning streets, working in warehouses, those 5 kids will have no skills and job, but will be told by father islamist that they have no job because of racism... and this will start civil war

ISIS should be first fought here, first intervention should be here on our soil, to get rid of anyone who says that Sharia is the law, if someone believes that Sharia should be introduced - there should be no place for him in Europe, USA, Canada, NZ, AU...

without it any foreign action has any sense, first we should clean our lands from anyone who say that Sharia should be above any other legal system, those who prefere Sharia should never enter our soil, they can live where sharia is, but not here, but... we accept them,

ISIS will win due to our tollerance, politicall correctness, whole Middle East will be Caliphate probably,

http://wiadomosci.onet.pl/swiat/rajski-ptak-namawia-do-przylaczenia-sie-do-isis/86n88y

how it is possible that someone legally carries blog that says to join ISIS ?

how it is possible that our own european politicians say about racism when we say that we can only take Chrisitian refugees who escape ISIS, but not Muslim males ?

our own politician say it, how it is possible that our poltician, journalists call to refuse help of Chrisians who suffer from ISIS ?

and we discuss fight with ISIS while our journalits or politicans say such things ;)

hahaha :) ISIS will win cause they have motivation and belief, they have balls, we are without motivation, without belief, without strength, without backbone,

motivation is very important in fight, not only technology,

http://wpolityce.pl/swiat/254538-unijny-spor-o-uchodzcow

EU even wants to force us here to take Islam refugees against will of those EU members like my country or neighbors and against majority of people, cause we are very strong against forcing us to give them any asylum and paying for it, among those immigrants there are no women neither children, only men (males), thousands of males without women, incoming risk of rapes, incoming risk of crime and violence,

how can we dare to win with ISIS if we accept those who walk our streets with billboards to behead us ? such demonstrations were in many cities, where Islamists carried posters, bilboards saying that crytics of religion should be punished with beheading

and we want to make intervention ? for what ?

maybe simply to sell more weapons by few companies ? and why the hell we try to change other civilisation that lived with their rules for ages,

we have our civilization to defend first

they key issue is that they threat Isreal, probably this is main issue

will they ever stop giving reasons to such news (just from few hours, if i collected such news for week i would give 200 links) ? will they ever accept food , clothes, not attacking others, is it possible that one day they will stop attacking others ?

or even in 2030 i will be writing that flying birds genitalia offend them, that kind of meat offends them, that clothes offends them so they start riots (Makedonia 2012 riots were started because Makedonians had wrong clothes and Albanian minority attacked them because of clothes), etc. or in 2030 in your countries wearing inappropriate clothes and eating pork will be crime already ;)
