Third person in car when playing Elite

Is there a script that works, that give a player an option do drive in third person view? we always play Elite and we like it, but when driving the mirrors of some cars do not work (you see through your car). I want something that give a addaction menu that will enable third person view for the time that you are in your car. This script works but brings bad lighting effect with it while driving and it seems like when you accelerate you also pres the brake of the car.

You could add a check for ground vehicles (or maybe just altitude) if you don't want to allow 3P in aircraft. You could also add a velocity check so that you can only use 3P under a certain speed, such as when parking a vehicle..

Thanks for the link, tried it and it is not working, at least not while previewing in the editor. What I would like is to have it only work when in a ground vehicle.
