I'll be your stalker for today :p - HCs can only be connected to a dedicated server, not a hosted server. - HC uses a playable slot (usually an animal set to playable in the editor) - the server (should) force the HC into the correct slot if set up properly. - HC traditionally handles all the non-player led AI in a mission - the down side is the mission has to be created taking into account the HC. This means that instead of AI units spawning on the server they spawn on the HC, HC handles all the AI calculations, etc, and just reports back to the server (just like a player client). Sounds great but not easy to configure your mission for this (MSO has a easy parameter setting however). - HC requires a unique copy of Arma in order to run (ie: you cannot use your copy of Arma as the HC and then connect with the same copy as a player) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
