If you had actually taken some time to read the rules of the contest it CLEARLY states that the legal age is over 16, although if you are under this age you can have a legal representative (Older friend or parent). This person will represent you in the situation of you winning.

But in your (now closed) [WIP] Arma 3 Madness Mod Pack | "Biggest and Most Intense Mod Pack In Arma History" thread, you state that you are currently 13, turning 14 on September 7th? Which is it?
