Server Issues (expansions and mods)

I am having issues getting any expansions (A2, BAF, PMC, ACR) or mods to work on my dedi box. The server is not reading ArmA 2 content or any other mod(s) for some reason. I never had this problem before until the 1.63 patch and Steam merge. I have tried several things and searched around but still no joy. Things I have tried:

- Merged A2 + OA content into one folder

- Changed and tried different paths

- Included paths to ArmA 2 content in the -mod command line

- Tried using the -par command

- Many others things that I can't remember right now
