AdamWayne 1 Posted August 9, 2014 I've had my FOV higher than the standard amount for a while now by altering the config, but have difficulty engaging targets at a distance due to the lessened amount of zoom that I get when trying to aim. Is there a way to alter the zoom amount so that it is equivalent to the standard amount both when zooming in and when aiming down sights?
IT07 10 Posted August 10, 2014 http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?156973-Utility-Arma-FOV-Changer Download that and change the FOV to default. Not sure what the default is.... maybe 70?

I've already changed the Field of View through the config. What I'm trying to do is make it so that whenever I aim down my sights, or zoom in, that the field of view would sort of revert to the standard amount so I can acquire targets at the same level people using the standard Field of View can. Will this FOV changer allow me to do that?
IT07 10 Posted August 10, 2014 ah now I get what you mean. Unfortunately, that isn't possible. But I agree, you have way better targeting abilities with lower FOV's because targets are sorta "closer".
