Recommended Posts

Hello Guys / Girls,

I've a annoying problem with my ArmA III since this week - I installed all of the TF47.de Mods - ACRE / ACE etc. But i do NOT launch them, they are just in the main folder but still my game keeps crashing after some time.

Yes i have tried re installing ArmA III but it doesn't help - Also removed the mods / ArmA II is going fine for hours and hours..

Asus GeForce 660 - OC Clocked by Manufacture

12GB DDR3 1600 (before 1666) MhZ

SATA III 1 TB Gaming Drive where ArmA III is installed.

SATA III 500 GB Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit- Programs

3 Mbit WI-FI

I do have some crash logs

Firedead: ACRE / ACE etc.

.... You sure your not talking about arma 2 :)

Clearly you got confused.

But I have also had crashes, I was playing Bystrica on a mission I made in editor with a friend, with a mix of mods, (specifically AGM in there) and I got crashes, seemingly when I went near AI. (Not sure)

About every 30 minutes was the time frame though.

Also maybe I am wrong, but I don't know how useful those logs you posted are, german didnt really help either. :p

I am no crash log expert but they don't really tell me anything.

(Note: I don't really read arma crash logs ever, but I am pretty smart and do modding on other stuff etc.)

Were you playing multiplayer? Singleplayer?

If mp did other players crash as well, the same time, etc etc.

Needs a bit more info about when they happened. (conditions)

I was playing Multiplayer on different Servers and different Gamemodes - the most played mod at the time is king of the hill. It does happen in a jet / as soldier in the town or even as cheetah driver. There is no AI -

it doesn't happen to my team mates. some people even play 3hours in a king of the hill server

Nah, i'll upload you a picture of the mods i do own for the Misfit Training - i need them because they are community based and needed. But sadly it keeps crashing with or without mods loaded.

Should post your RPT which can be found here:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Arma 3

I'll upload the last five rpt logs-

add more voltage to your RAM, or better yet lower your RAM back to 1600. Are you logging your HW while playing? Is your GPU/660 getting throttled around 30min in?

Which GPU driver are you on? Do you use the Geforce Experience?

Your CPU OC is nice, did you only bump the Multiplier ,and some voltage?

alright ram is lowered to 1600 - my hardware isn't logging - it's just some gadgets on the desktop. my gpu get's up to 50°C and those 2gig grapical ram are used up to 85% - still my settings in game are 'high' not ultra or higher i'll try lowering them a little./ Game Settings are STANDARD now.

I just recently installed the newst gpu driver - yes, geforce experience i do use.

CPU OC is made by the AsRock mainboard - it's just the Turbo what goes up to 4.5@

//Still crashes - this time at night near kavalla

is the issue 'Arma 3 has stopped working' and gives you the option to wait or close program? Also does it happen immediately after loading into the server as well? If so, then try adding this to the Arma3 launch options '-malloc=system'

Hey, I'm pretty new here, but I've been having a similar problem.

Do you happen to be getting any error messages upon the crash? I have a pretty similar computer and I'm getting an error message. I already saw a 192 day old thread about it unsolved.

If it is the d3d error - dxgi_error_device_removed error, I can PM you some information about that.
