eggbeast 3673 Posted November 30, 2015 place also a scud and then see if the artillery computer miraculously works. be warned i think pook included the older A1 arty computer with the half-size window on some of his SSBM's - noticed it on the 4K51 the other day. I have no idea if that system still works however we know the scud does work as it works fine in our MP games. can i just check - are you using our version of pook_scud or pook release page version? his version has a slightly different config/script i think and my experience is only with the versions released in the mod pack. Zerhfay 1 Posted December 1, 2015 i placed the artillery module and then placed the scud then started mission and launched missile but it didn't reach ground too and.. i use the scud in rangemaster+bafx mod but i didn't even know about this scud mod untill now http://www.arma2base.de/?path=download&contentid=6457so iam using scud in your rangemaster mod not the hcpookie's one , so sorry for my bad english and if i misunderstood you but iam new at editing missions .. is there avideo or a readme i can check to learn how to use ? btw the readme file in the mod is just explaining steps of launching missiles . eggbeast 3673 Posted December 1, 2015 re the scud here is a working test mission with HE warhead fired 350m away to a group of unwary civilians to the east on the runway missile flight-time is 43 secs and you can see it impact. http://server.elite-warriors.co.uk/eggbeast/missions/@@scud_test.utes.rar unrar this archive into your missions folder (right click and select extract to folder, then put the innermost folder (the one with the mission.sqm inside it) into this location C:\Users\Rob\Documents\ArmA 2 Other Profiles\Eggbeast\missions (make the path the same as your own one, not mine!) then 1. load the game (arma 2 operation arrowhead running with arma 2 included and ACR lite installed) and no popup errors after install 2. load the mods @CBA_CO;@rangemaster;@bafx 3. start the game in single player, select editor and UTES island 4. load the mission @@scud_test 5. select warhead HE, erect the missile, wait.... then arm warhead - you will see a hint saying "HE warhead armed" or w/e 6. now select artillery computer. you will see a red ring around the scud launcher about 200m away - this is the minimum range you can fire at. 7. click about 350m east of your position, about halfway to the end of the runway 8. fire and watch the red line indicate your missile progress, and timer showing the countdown to impact 9. at 10s to go, exit the artillery map screen hit third person and scan the camera aroundto watch the runway 10. observe the explosion ok report back on any discrepancies, problems with this - step by step. Zerhfay 1 Posted December 3, 2015 i don't understand what you mean by recreating it but it's ok all i wanted is too see the missile hit the ground :) Edit : it worked now after reinstalling rangemaster mod and with hckpoocie scud mod bikey *iam not sure* the HE , nuke and cluster are working except the chemical warhead (it doesn't destroy buildings or killing humans...in fact you can say the missile don't hit ground basically) but its ok! :D Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

We are trying to help you, in how much your addon is used in a wide audience of players to the hardcore gaming mode. Some bugs can be corrected by simply editing the config, other editing animations and models. You can not deny the expense of what you are doing really cool stuff, but every new thing you need to do is not quickly and efficiently, and that's a fact. Please correct these things, they are very important to us! P.S. If you need, i have some HD textures for Russian Aviation Force (like in real) Su-25SM, Mi-24 and Mi-8MT/MTV/AMTSH ( and ) :) . P.S.S. eggbeast 3673 Posted December 7, 2015 i can't do certain things with model yet, like adding decals. i rely on others for this work. also making a new RTM anim for the pilots is beyond me, again i have friends who have made rtms for me before that are perfect but are currently too busy with RL issues to help minor problems i may fix in time but don't hold your breath basically you can either a ) offer to do it for me or b ) unload the addon or c ) use it as-is as i cannot fix a lot of this stuff you indicate AND, also when you spent last 3 weeks on one aircraft model you need to move on to something else for a change, otherwise you break stuff you already fixed and then waste a day fixing it over again - this destroys any energy you have. .
