Strange stuff

Recommended Posts

After installing OFP:R on Monday night everything was fine. However Tuesday after rushing home to play some strange things happened. First the old problem of two mouse pointers re-occured which had solved itself. So I alt tabbed back and forth and that went. Then when loading the campaign I started at the autosave point only for it to ctd. When I restarted the autosave was missing and I had to restart the mission again. CTD!! OK restart and the mission was missing so I has to go back and restart the previous mission. How strange. It seems to be OK now though (touch wood). Has anyone else had this?

I also had an error "missing addon editor upgrade 102" when loading single player missions that I had made but after going into the editor and resaving the mission as a single player mission that seems to solve it.

While I'm on. The splash screen preferences button points to the old Operation Flashpoint Prefs and not the Resistance prefs. Could this confuse the game if it's trying to use both sets of preferences and cause the crash?

That would be gunslinger's editor objects addon. Reinstall it.

You can select the resistance preferences by going to your ofp directory and opening "FlashpointPreferences.exe".
