Take cover and watch your six every now and then.

You can move quicker, you know what's happening around you and you'll be more effective in combat when you aren't fully fatigued.

"If it looks at you, it's probably seen you. And just because it looks the other way doesn't mean it hasn't."

"Stay where the water flows."

"Tanks are 75 % Psychology and 25 % Danger. Once you run out of AT, they are 95 % Danger and 5 % hope that the driver rolls it over on its back."

"Concealment, Cover, Not being spotted. Increases survivability in that order."

"Keep track of your ammunition. A well contained situation quickly becomes unhinged once you realize that all your "fresh" reloads only contain two or three rounds apiece."

"Combat is teamwork: It gives the enemy somebody else but you to shoot at."

"Artillery does not know friend or foe: it only knows worthwhile Targets."

A couple out of my brain-box.

Don't hesitate to adjust AI skill and precision levels in game difficulty configuration to find own optimum and avoid frustration.

Even AI may be useful if tasked properly: detection, support, distraction.

Do not let subordinate AI drive your vehicle.

Know the task before equipping, know the battlefield before enter, know the enemy before engage.

Learn the weapon before use in combat.

Do not waste the advantage of surprise by premature fire.

AI will try to outflank you. Use that knowledge against it - surprise enemy at his expected flanking route or withdraw to cover with fire your previous position.

Pay attention on the ammo count. Do not engage with the last few bullets in the magazine.

Take cover before reloading or healing.

Position, that gives a view of wide area is exposed from wide area. Sniping from the tall tower may be not so bright idea, as it seems.

Use sight, movement and fire obstructions to divide threats into handleable portions.

In firefight change position before the current become too hot.

When surprised by hostile presence while driving, best may be to use the momentum and just drive through enemies before they react.

Enemy notices and recognizes vehicles from far. Use garages etc. as convenient hideouts for your car.

Don't panic. Helicopter usually doesn't recognize foot mobiles as hostile targets, unless they open fire on it or are using heavy weaponry.

Learn and apply the wisdom of Sun Tzu.

Move from cover to cover. Always.

Don't raise your weapon at base unless you intend to use it.

Watch your Arcs! Watch your spacing!

In a firefight, aim to achieve overwhelming fire superiority. Use line formations and 40mm HE rounds if you have them.

Pop a smoke grenade if you need to retreat or give medical treatment to a downed unit.

Do not enter a position you cannot retreat from.

When getting out of a vehicle and occasionally on patrol, face North and look for any sort of visual reference like a building or a hill. This will give you better situational awareness should you come under attack.

If you get the drop on a squad, try identify the squad leader and make them your primary target

{About the enemy} Pretend inferiority and encourage his arrogance.

If you are far from the enemy, make him believe you are near.

He who is prudent and lies in wait for an enemy who is not, will be victorious.

If you hold for at least 3 seconds take a knee.If you are stationary for more then 6 seconds go prone.

Don't pop smoke when you are wounded - It is a big "I'm here sign" for enemy

As a sniper, always move after firing a shot. Make sure you know the range from the target, and remember to be crouched or prone so your accuracy is better when you're ready for the shot. Remember that the GM6 Lynx is capable of stopping an MRAP by firing shots in the front, where the engine block is.

If you are ambushed in a vehicle, quickly dismount and return fire. Preferably from cover, preferably away from where the RPG fire will come in.

Urban environments are death traps for vehicles. Don't take a tank into an urban environment without infantry cover.

When buckling down in a defensive position, try to find a position where you can't get shot in the back.

Reload your weapon during lulls in combat, so you don't get caught empty in the middle of a firefight.

If you're going to be moving a lot, try to lighten your load. Drop any unnecessary items so you won't have a painful time trying to aim later.

In urban combat, clear rooms with a friend. If you get shot, at least your buddy can avenge you.

No plan survives combat.

Remember that when you use your mic near enemies, they can hear you too.
