The TMBN version will not have a strap as they uses the VAS shroud on the OpsCore in conjunction with the Norotos Rhino and Rhino Improved (custom made by Norotos for the Norwegian's) mount. Like i know it comes across as strange but like lots of Scandinavian soldiers had them in Afghan. I remember hearing somewhere with Norway your allowed to have a beard if you gain permission or had one upon enlistment, so like just as a thought it might add a little bit of extra personality to what is looking like an amazing mod.
