No GL version yet, because i have some bug when you attached optics, but i still working this problem.

Anyway its compatible other weapon mods, example J.S.R.S. soundmod or Robert Hammer weapon mod.

Yeah, don´t give up on the GL, and maybe ask RH or Alwarren, they´ve done GL versions of M4s and maybe are aware of this bug you´re facing...

BTW someone already did a ASDG plugin for your old Design mastery, it´s here -> http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?167522-ASDG-Joint-Rails , maybe you could take a look and see that´s not so had and it pays the effort (already over 100 attachments compactible!!!!)

I have a question, why are all the base layers of your rifles look pretty much the same?

I dont mean the camo itself but rather the scratch and wear on top of it.

I'm not time millionaire. If i want to all weapon with different camo scratch its lot of work, because then i should create new scratch layer and new normal map and specular map too.

I never done if i work like that.

Anyway you can't use two weapon at the same time, just pick one what camo version you like and enjoy.

Agreed, as it doesn't make sense. It's only making extra workload for something not too many people will take major notice of or at least care about. At that rate, mind as well make several variants of each version with different scratches so no two people have the same scratch type. :p

I mean as a graphic designer and someone who eyes the tiny details, I get what he's saying. But also at the end of the day, it's not game breaking nor anything worth troubling yourself with increasing workload and time over. Keep up the nice work! :)

i have a serius problem here.

I have bug with some optics example mrco.

When i look in to the optics my weapon texture is turn in blue.

I don't know why, i trying to fix this about 2 days but no succes.

I was looking after and i saw this problem was already have default weapons, but the BIS is fixed this somehow, but how?

I would be very grateful if someone could help!

What do you mean am i on stable?

Its working almost all scope example RCO.

But it isn't work MRCO, your Acog (3D version) and my optics.

Nope , i met this issue only on the few BIS weapons

so i dont have any idea how this bug appears :/

It tends to be an alpha sorting problem when faces appear blue like that, but I'm not exactly sure how it manifests between weapons proxy objects like optics so it's difficult to say whether playing with the face sorting order in the weapon will have any effect. i.e. whether using Faces\Move Top on the proxy position for the optics will sort it out (or conversely, Faces\Move Bottom).

The blue ghosting issue with the MRCO still effects some BIS weapons in the game like the Sting, PDW2000 and rifles with quadrant sights for the UGL, but those are all weapons that have alpha textures in the weapon model itself (transparent magazines for the SMGs and the lens on the GL quadrant sights) so that complicates the issue a bit.

it was an model part on default model which was use texture alpha.

I really hate arma engine now.

I tired to there is always something wrong with the engine or modelling or scipting, and it's make me angry.

So i will give public to my mod with the currect progress within two days.
