Internet explodes when I launch multiplayer.

I can launch ArmA 3 and play the singleplayer or the showcases just fine, but as soon as I start trying to dive into multiplayer it starts butt-blasting my connection, chrome fails, then skype fails, then it's a full disconnect. Is this some technological voodoo, or what? This is very recent, too. The most recent patch where gamespy was removed.

Tried restarting both PC and router, uninstalled and reinstalled arma 3. Any more suggestions welcome.

Yeah, I've got that same problem. I have a connection in my apartment complex, that has many different users and it has a separate firewall that I don't have access to because of that. So before this update I could just switch to Gamespy server screen and I could connect right away. Now it just overloads and that firewall blocks my connection because it thinks something suspicious might be up. As soon as I use refresh, I will loose my connection and I have to wait or disconnect my router, so I could just connect to a multiplayer server. Whats funny is that that it didn't happen before, with Gamespy server screen.
