Addon Bulder Missining CfgConvert?

So i came across a crazy error today... "Cannot Proceed, exe is missing. D;\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3 Tools\CfgConvert\CfgConvert.exe" and im not a noob for using it i been doing vehicles for about 5 / 6 months now and i never seen this i tryed uninstalling and then reinstalling the A3 tools and it just gives me the same thing over and over i asked my friend if he has his "CfgConvert.exe" he did and when he .rared it to me i was unable to put it in my A3 tools and now i have no idea what to do... i can't even .pbo anything any more D:

Do you have Avast Antivir?

Because i have the problem now as well, but also saw Avast report a "Win32:Evo-gen[susp]" and it put it into quaranteene

I don't know if its related, but I am also having trouble with cfgconvert. Just today when I used addonbuilder it gave the message "required application CfgConvert not found in \cfgconvert. The exe is there and I can run it. It only started today and was working perfectly before. I don't run any antivirus software...maybe there was an update or something?

yes there was, but it runs fine for me (after disabling antivirus...) - at least it doesnt give errors on packing. If it runs internally correct i cant say

Edit: I stand corrected, refuses to work for me now for whatever reason. If binarize is unchecked it doesnt find binarize in \binarize, if it is checked, it doesnt find cfgconvert ...

now it says binerize is missing...I checked all the files and they haven't been modified but it is still messing up somewhere. I never touched a thing it just stopped working

the problem seems to be that I was launching it from the .exe file, and I hadn't run A3 yet so the steam client wasn't running. Once steam was running it worked just fine :3
