Yeah, after update 1.32, it seems the damages have been reduced hence you can't take out the vehicles.

Just skip the mission with the code "endmission".

I'll be playing this and the Deliverance campaigns ASAP, I'm very curious! How's the work going on? I didn't read the whole thread (I'm studying now, please don't hate me :D) so I don't know if it's been finished :D

Yes, the campaign is finished, but I think it has broken mission due to the updates of BIS since the release.

And I'm not working on it anymore, so you'll have to use the codes to pass some missions maybe.
