I would recommend putting the artificial horizon MFD page on the outboard MFD. Unless there's something wrong with the aircraft, the pilot opts to have it directly in-front of them to ease their scan. To the point that, while it isn't necessarily codified in any regulation or SOP (To my knowledge at least, after all I'm but a lowly crew-chief) Instructor Pilots will give their evaluees crap for it during a no-notice or annual check-ride. As for the contents of the screens themselves, I can't speak to it as I've never flown on an MH60M Good work, though I would guess it would be closer to the screen on the far left.

Definitely this.  Unfortunately, I'm stranded in the land of Lockheed software, so I don't have the ability to move the Flight Display around, but even if I did, having the attitude indicator on the inboard screen would be vertigo-inducing.  Having them on the outside screens is in-line with your eyes when your head is straight forward, and much easier to deal with.

As for the GAU-21, that's great to hear it will be in the addon.  But good god, that sound in that last video is horrible, and it sounds nothing like that.

Yes I currently have the altitude screen inboard because of the animated part of the screen model, if I put it outboard it will poke out of the dash occasionally

I have that problem occasionally as well.  Especially in the morning.

Spacing is tight, but I'm working on getting the 9th man onboard

Remove the passenger seats. That's typically done with 160th aircraft anyways.

You mean the two gunner seats? Because those are the only rear cargo seats installed

They still have the 2 gunner seats. They have the option of having 6 fold down seats. Usually those are kept out and its a flat floor. A lot of space is taken up by an auxiliary fuel tank.

No, I was not talking about the crew chief seats, lol. I was a UH-60 crew chief for 7 years. The Robertson tanks don't take up that much space. The latest versions are only 20 inches deep.

As you can see from the pic no rear cargo seats (not the best pic but only one on my phone)

That looks right. Normally two guys can fit in the door with internal auxiliary tanks installed, three without. It's probably difficult cramming the guys inside the helicopter due to video game limitations.

Currently working out some small stuff like mfd animations, door gun memory points, rvmats, then should be ready for quick test then release. I'm pretty excited

@warlord554 You sir are awesomesauce. Haha. I've been so patiently waiting for this mod ever since the beginning of its development. It's some truly amazing work you and your team have put forward. To see this close to release is an amazing feeling. I have one question, as you've said previously you're releasing these in packs, correct? If possible, could you list which birds you plan to release first? If this goes against the forum rules, which I'm unsure of, I apologize and will delete the question. Thank you again for all the work you and your team have done for this community!

Just as a FYI, the latest version of CUP puts 12 (ish) players in their DAP. Not sure if it's totally realistic but  certainly practical for gaming groups ;)

Good news.

1 question however:

when you say "- "NATO SOAR Blackhawks" (sterile no USA markings)", does this includ the L and K versions?

As far as I know the cargo compartment on the DAP in real life is occupied by ammunition for the miniguns and chain gun, so it wouldn't carry any passengers. Maybe you were talking about the CUP UH-60s, unless there are transport variant MH-60s in CUP as well?

Not a military guy, its the blackhawk with pylons which use the dynamic loadout system. The pylons feature two or four point loadouts depending on the model. Not sure if they allow for miniguns in the loadout.

Between the two gunners and cargo, it can carry 13 (going off memory)

As I said, not sure its totally realistic, but perfect for smaller groups which want to bring firepower along with transportation. The number of people who could be transported was discussed earlier with  this mod, so thought I'd bring it up :)

The MH-60M DAP is flown in the medium attack helicopter role. Instead of carrying troops, the DAP is equipped with an array of weaponry so that it can perform armed escort and close air support missions.

The DAP is fitted with the Light Armament Support Structure (LASS) - a set of stub wings with hardpoints for mounting various weapon systems. The weapons that can be carried by the MH-60M DAP are:

  • 2 x M134 miniguns, in a fixed forward-facing fitment

  • Up to 2 M230 30mm chain guns - the same gun as found on the AH-64 Apache gunship

  • Up to 4 M261 FFAR 2.75" 19-rocket pods - which can fire high explosive, smoke or anti-personnel flechette rounds

  • Up to 16 AGM-114 Hellfire laser-guided missiles via M299 launcher.

  • AIM-92 ATAS (Air To Air Stinger)

  • GAU 19/A .50 cal 3-barrel gatling gun (rarely, if ever, fitted)

A monocular head-up display (MONO HUD) provides weapon aiming cues for the pilots.
