Arma Czech Republic DLC wiht non steam Arma 2: Combined Operations

I was looking to buy the Czech Republic DLC but its only dl for steam, and i dont have the steam version of Arma 2: Combined Operations. If i dl the Czech Republic DLC would i still be able to use it? Thank you.

Edit: I didn't know that only steam version are buyable on the store now.

I was able to add my BAF DLC to my steam library via the "activate a product on steam" (I bought a non-steam version), so it may be possible that you can also link your Arma 2 CO to your steam account.
