Perm block on insurgency

hello just now i got permanently blocked for violating the rules of the game

i was ingame just messing around with a group of guys and i got to jail because i shot him on accident

and my friend told me to disconnect so i did but when i came back in the game it said i'm permanently blocked from the insurgency thing

it didn't say i couldn't disconnect from the game anywhere
