Do dead players get spectator mode if they die in ZEUS?

If a player dies in ZEUS and the respawn module is removed. Will that player automatically get the standard spectator mode? I am asking this for the stock unmodified ZEUS missions

It'll say, "Waiting for Zeus to place a respawn point" (Or something similar). That's just the stock version, you can edit it so spectator is on.

Caeden, would you know how to do that? I'm looking for a way that allows Zeus to place a respawn point anywhere on the map, but only allowing each player to spawn in once. If they die I'd like them to go into spectator mode. Sadly I haven't found a way of getting this to work yet.

If I remove the respawn once they're in the game will just assign them a new random one.
