civilians crouched on ground?

Why civilians are crouched on ground when they saw russian soldiers ?

How to change that? i want civilians stay stand (like when they see american soldiers)

They are afraid (=combat mode). If you wanna them stand, just use the setunitpos command :

this setunitpos "UP"

or for all the civilians at once : put a trigger covering the map, activated by civilian side, once, and write the following in its on activation line :

{_x setunitpos "UP"} foreach thislist
