Looking for a good ADMIN to help mod a new wasteland server

I am going to be renting a server for Wasteland and need somebody who knows how to mod! I am looking to make the best wasteland server and need somebody with some extra time that wants to help. You will of course be an Admin to the server and be credited for your work. I want someone who can build some good bases to put in a server so Opfor and Blufor each have a pre built base so it can be straight to the action for the players... So who is interested?
