Recommended Posts

Hi,

You have read the title of the thread?

As I can remember right, only the DAC was released :p

Maybe a public gitHub where all the custom configs could be collected?

I've never used github to create a repo so please excuse any mistakes, etc.

https://github.com/SavageCDN/DAC_A3

Added dac_config_units.sqf and dac_config_camps.sqf

Both are still a WIP I'm sure I've missed something....

thanks t-800a I've merged your request... are there blufor/greenfor version of those units as well?

Hey, I tried your configs in my mission and the way you have the configs written, like in a tower list doesn't seem to work, but I copied and pasted them as per the normal way as created by Silola and then they do, but hey, maybe I did something wrong too :)

Remember that these are just the case section of those files so don't overwrite the entire file with my configs.. just copy/paste over the existing cases. Come to think of it however I can see this causing problems so later this evening I'll update both files so that you can just overwrite your existing ones (and 2x check the syntax.. perhaps I'm missing a , somewhere :o )

I copied and pasted your configs and they work just fine, great stuff!

Hey Silola,

Will X-Cam be more of a 3D Editor that will save directly to the sqm?

@Two Dogs: No, the X-Cam is not a mission editor.

Many thanks to all, but remember ...

Bohemia has ensured that we can be so creative at all :)

This looks extremely impressive.

Am I wrong, or could we use the X-CAM to assist in creating islands/terrains etc? Is that what it will be used for?

Excuse my ignorance on this.

Awesome, reminds me of 3D MAX, great job, but looking it seems a little complicated, I hope not.

I'll stay tuned for the launch of this great addon.
