About the 4th Infantry Division An Introduction The 4th Infantry Division is a modular division of the United States Army based at Fort Carson, Colorado. It is composed of four organic Infantry and Armored Brigade Combat Teams. The 4th Infantry Division's official nickname, "Ivy," is a play on words of the Roman numeral IV or 4. Ivy leaves symbolize tenacity and fidelity which is the basis of the division's motto: "Steadfast and Loyal." The second nickname, "Iron Horse," has been adopted to underscore the speed and power of the division and its Soldiers. . We are a modern day ARMA 2 MilSim unit. We have something for everyone. So download TS3, put in the above IP and talk to a recruiter today!!!! We aim to provide unique, realistic experiences to any and all that join our ranks by offering a pseudo-realistic rank and command structure, as well as providing a serious environment for training missions and operations. We are not an all work, no play division, however, as we offer relaxed missions alongside our extremely serious missions. We take pride in our mature, friendly player base and share good relations with many other units. These relationships allow our unit to host a variety of missions and PVP battles. What can we offer? The 4th Infantry Division offers you a respectful environment that is all around great to play in, and socialize with. As a realism unit we arrange many combat operations, PVP events, and career training sessions; which what really makes playing with the 4th so lively. We take pride in rewarding those who work hard and we strive to honor the true 4th Infantry Division with our representation. We are one of the few units that have NO standard age requirement, and instead focus on maturity rather than age. This all aside, there are a few requirements… Simple ones, at that! • You must own a working microphone that is not considered obnoxious (no horrible static, loud squealing, etc) • You must have Teamspeak 3 installed • You must be willing to install and use all required mods. • You must be available to attend Basic Combat Training. • You must have the ability to respect all other, even those not in the unit, no matter their age, gender, race, nationality, etc • You must be able to act maturely and respectfully • You must be willing to check in regularly and attend training sessions Ready to join… Great!
