Spawning Pre-Set AI Units After Task is Complete

Hello everyone I have a question that I can not seem to fully get an answer to. I am working on a mission where there will be sever tasks located throughout the island, I have the trigger system down as far as assign the tasks and having the players know where to go for the next task. But here is my question(s):

How do I make it so when Task1 is complete, The AI that are placed at Task2 will spawn-in, exactly how I placed them?

I want to make it so that the AI will spawn once Task 2 is activated, so that way if say players happen to fly over task 2 before task 1 is completed, I do not want them to see the AI. Also it will help with Performance issues on the mission.
