D.Strom 10 Posted January 22, 2014 (edited) About Us: The 173rd Airborne Brigade is a Arma 2 and Arma 3 MilSim Unit that simulates the real 173rd. We currently have around 70-80 active members, 120 in all, and we are continuing to grow. The 173rd holds bi-weekly Operations, as well as squad and platoon training's every week. We strive to make the game as realistic as possible, but at the end of the day we are all here to have fun. While the Airborne is not for everyone, those who decide to enlist will have an experience that no other Arma MilSim Unit can offer. Do you have what it takes? How To Enlist: If you have decided that you want to enlist, you can visit our website and fill out an application. Once the application has been submitted, you will be put on hold for 48 hours. In that time period you will need to join our teamspeak, and one of our MEPS (Military Enlistment Processing Station) members will interview you. If you pass, you will be one of the elite, an airborne trooper. Structure: Recently the 173rd has moved to Battalion strength. While we have a good size force, we can always use more dedicated soldiers. For those who enlist, after the interview process you will become a PVT. Once a PVT, your main goal will be to complete BCT (Basic Combat Training).
