MrDave 10 Posted January 13, 2014 Hey guys n gals, I've been playing Arma2/3 for a while now, but only recently have I played around with the optimisation of the game (config files etc) - I felt the need after I decided to play more competitive game types. My problem is my fraps is indicating I am getting 200fps, I shouldn't complain really but its causing terrible tears, I turn off my trackir4 and it helps kinda, and if I turn on the ingame vsync it limits my frames to 60fps, it sorts it out mostly but I feel I will face problems down the line, it just does not seem right. Have I screwed up my game somehow? My specs are; 3570k, hd7970, win7 on a benq 144hz monitor.
